Mary Clare Gumbleton

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mary Clare Gumbleton built her first company past $30 million in revenue and nearly 100 employees in under five years, achieving 515% growth between 2007 and 2010 and earning a place on the Inc. 5000 in three consecutive years, 2010 through 2012. She previously held senior communications and management positions at the White House, the Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Education.

She leads The Wolverine Group as President and Chief Executive Officer, specializing in strategic communications, social media measurement, cybersecurity, and IT product development. Her work spans performance measurement, strategic messaging, and government market product placement for clients across the financial, publishing, and information technology sectors.

Jaime Gracia

Chief Innovation Officer

Jaime leads The Wolverine Group's work at the intersection of federal acquisition policy, national security contracting, and emerging technology. He directs the firm's procurement AI initiatives — embedding AI into acquisition strategy, workforce training, and contract management — and is building AI-centered training platforms for the federal acquisition workforce. He serves as an instructor and curriculum developer for the Digital IT Acquisition Professional Training program. The work is deliberately practical: applying AI to source selection, market research, and compliance while keeping the contracting officer in control of the decision. That principle governs everything he teaches.

Jeanne Gumbleton

Director, Operations

Jeanne Gumbleton has led operations at The Wolverine Group since August 2020. She coordinates workflows across the firm and manages vendor and client relationships, contract administration, staff scheduling, and facility operations.
