What happens to the information you send us
We collect what you provide when you apply: your name and contact details, resume, work and education history, and any references or writing samples you choose to send. For positions requiring a security clearance, we also ask about your eligibility to work on cleared programs.
We use it to evaluate your application, to communicate with you about it, and to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a federal contractor. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.
Applications are received and stored in BambooHR, our applicant tracking system, which processes this information on our behalf. Resumes sent by email are held in our corporate email system.
We retain application records for two years from the date of your application or the hiring decision, whichever is later, unless a longer period is required by law or by a pending claim. After that, we delete them.
Please do not include your Social Security number, date of birth, or clearance record details in a resume or email. If you are selected for a position requiring a clearance, that information is collected later through the government's own investigative process, not through us.
